We had a huge problem finding a reputable Estate Sales company. When I met Rich and David they were like a breath of fresh air! They were excited about the sale and attentive to our requests. When the sale was over, there were stains on the upstairs carpet. Contractually, these guys were not liable to clean the stains. Of course, they didn't leave the house until the stains were out.
