At Umbrella Liquidations we are experienced in doing FULL estate liquidations. From the car no longer needed in the garage to the cleaners under the kitchen cabinet we will sell it all. We take the hassle and the stress out of having a sale as we will take over all the work. We go room to room uncovering treasures (personal papers & photos are set to side for you), research & price items, lightly clean items if needed, set-up & stage sale areas, advertise sales (website, large email list, online sites, and signs), and, of course, the operation of the sale. We will arrange with you at the time of signing the contract what you would like to do with the leftovers that do not sell. Donation is a great option which we can have that arranged, and meet non-profit, so you do not have the hassle. House will be left broom clean at end of sale, though total cleaning can be arranged (additional fee).
