I honestly don't know how to begin this letter. There is so much to be said about each and every one of you.
When my mom suddenly passed away, we knew it was inevitable that we sell her beloved home on Torito Road. Once we as a family came to terms with the fact that our treasured vacation home would soon be a memory of the past - then the overwhelming thought of how to do it completely froze us in our tracks. How can we physically, let alone, emotionally let go of mom's cherished items...how long will it take...how do we know what everything is worth...and more importantly who can we trust to help us??
From the moment I met Jennifer - I knew we were in good hands. And then magically the process began and I found myself surrounded by her team that would not only help me get through the process but get me to enjoy it as well!
The hours you all spent sorting, lugging, displaying, pricing, advertising, selling and then... the disposal and clean up! Never in my wildest dreams would I think that every little detail would be handled so professionally - and with a sense of humor! Even as I stopped in periodically - I met so many nice people that had nothing but wonderful things to say about all of you. No surprise!
As I drove away from our house this week for the very last time - the sadness was just a little less knowing that everything was handled with such dignity by the team of The Attic.
If ANYONE wants to talk to me about having and estate sale with this team, it would be my honor to speak with them directly! Our family will forever be indebted to all of you for helping us through this difficult time.

Jennifer and Susan are very well organized and ran an effective estate sale for us. They engaged plenty of help, and Jennifer's email list of seemingly all of the interior decorators in the greater Santa Barbara area (knowledgable buyers) brought a line outside the door before we even opened. Additional advertising ensured a very nice crowd. They price well such that the buyers score fabulous bargains, and the seller monetizes things no longer needed. AND, they are extremely nice people, people with whom I am delighted to do business. Pamela H.
