About Steve Minor Estate Liquidations and Appraisals
Steve Minor was a principal in the firm that conducted the first professionally run estate tag sales in North Carolina. Over the next twenty-eight years, he has conducted some of the largest-volume and highest-value estate liquidations ever held.
We have continuously critiqued and refined our process and now can truly say that no other firm can stage, promote and conduct a successful estate sale as well as we do. We offer unparalleled experience, knowledge, and the resources to market your property with the attention, discretion, and dignity you should expect. In addition to conducting estate sales, Steve Minor has been a life long collector and a full-time antiques dealer his entire professional career. Throughout this long career, he has developed the contacts and resources needed to evaluate and market the broad diversity of properties found in homes.
We provide all of the resources needed to conduct a sale; there is no need for our clients to do anything once we have signed a contract. We will arrange the donation of the few unsold items and leave the home swept and vacuumed. All debris and trash will be removed. If any valuable items are unsold, our clients have the option of consigning them to us for our retail inventory.
We offer free consultations and are pleased to look at any size estate, collection, or any accumulation of personal property. Our fee is a straightforward percentage and covers all expenses of the sale. In most cases, we will beat any written offer by other firms.
