Our estate sales move 90-95% of the household items, including automobiles, boats and recreational vehicles.

After all the research, organizing, showcasing, consulting and advertising comes the job of pricing. A price tag is placed on each item that is for sale.

Careful pricing avoids confusion and it goes a long way toward cultivating a base of loyal customers.

The customers need to feel that they are being treated fairly...that all customers are being given the same deal. Aunt Annie's Estate Sales provides a three-day sale to liquidate all contents of a residence. We sell it to the walls. After the sale, we perform a clean-up of the sale site....this service is included in the price.

Final accounting is provided the day following the sale.
