We are an estate sale company that has a tremendous following. We see many patrons from sale to sale.
Your home is set up in a manner to rival that of a retail environment because if it shows pretty, it will sell! We place like items with like items.
We also take really great photos of your items because pictures are worth a thousand words but we secretly wish they were worth a thousand dollars!
Our sales staff are very knowledgeable and very, very friendly.
Such things have been said to us from our former patrons, "Oh, I've been to your sales and we just love coming to your sales because they are so neat and tidy and your pricing is really reasonable." We do sell a lot of your items because we know what the market bears.
We also do our homework by visiting other estate sales, auctions and constantly researching all avenues of retail sales environments. You gotta know what the market is doing to make your sales competitive.
Our consultations are always free and you don't pay anything up front - EVER!
We go above and beyond to market your sale so it reaches as many eyes as possible. Our sales are very, very well attended and that's the most important aspect of a great sale - getting visitors in to see your merchandise; it's our job to make the sale successful and we do.
