How It Works
Once we have agreed to the type of sale to be preformed and an engagement agreement is signed, we begin inspecting the items, Inspection includes verifying and recording the general condition, make, model, age when possible, and taking photographs from various angles to refer to later and include in the report. We then research recent sales of like or similar items. Depending on availability we investigate recent prices from auctions sources on the internet, and in some cases, direct calls to dealers and others with knowledge of the specific items. We also consider the economy in the area and in general, as well as the industry forecasts. Inspection and research information is then reviewed, analyzed, and values FMV,OLV, and/or FLV) established. Finally, The sale is conducted, items are sold, monies are collected, Items are picked up and shipped. FINALLY, the Estate Sale Report and Sale Proceeds is assembled and reviewed, along with the supporting information, professionally presented to you, the client, In BoldBids Estate Sale Services thorough and easy to follow Settlement Statement Report with a Escrow Check.
