This weekend's Estate Sale will be south-of-Ventura Boulevard Libbit Left (East) of Hayvenhurst Av, Noeline Right (South), Bergamo Left (South) in the hills of Encino with plenty of parking.

The Owner of the estate Hal Stearns was a well respected Musician with friends and associates like Bob Hope, Liberace and later the owner/originator of “Hal’s Ultima Moda Men’s Fashions” store in Van Nuys and Encino, Ca. since 1939.

We do not allow guests to enter the estate with purses.  For this, there are no exceptions (except for those purses that are very small ... similar to a wallet).

Bring your own boxes. If you plan on purchasing items that are heavy, bring help.  Our staff may not be able to assist you.

If you plan on purchasing items that require a truck or a moving van, please make prior arrangements.
