Sweet sale for a sweet lady.

She's 89 and works harder than anyone I know!

The house and yard are immaculate.

She has simplified the process for me so much that I've had a wonderful time getting to know her, her family and learn the history of her home, her neighborhood and the wonderful items she is parting with...which, by the way, are in exceptional condition!

She is more than ready to begin her next phase of life, even telling me just to give it all away!

I've advised her that we might try selling it first:))
