Our Denton Clients are actually old friends. We had not really been in contact for many, many years and they found me on-line and saw I hosted estate sales!

We are representing the Mother, who is leaving her home in an older Denton neighborhood to take a new journey. And while it has been an exciting and fun change for her, the transformation of down-sizing decades of heirlooms has been a challenge. As she has had the ability to take the items she truly wanted, give items to her family, she leaves us with amazing and wonderful treats to share with you.

Wednesday night before the sale, we will be hosting an evening for her and her children to reminisce, laugh, cry and maybe find a few items they had lost....that we uncovered for them. During the family night, our family has the right to remove any items they wish. Please understand there may be a few items shown, that may not be in the sale. However, there are SO many wonderful vintage lovelies, you will be very happy you stopped by.

As with our absolute sales, all items must go. There will be no reserves placed on any items or holds without full payment.

*We do not help load or pack. Please be prepared to do so or bring a strong friend and a truck.

*Packing available until we run out. Bags are always limited and boxes may not be available at all.

*No Holds, all paid items must be removed before the end of the sale or per our request. Please ask for additional information.

*Sorry, please do not bring children to any of our sales. We are not being mean, just know what is best for our customers and staff. There are always breakable, sharp object, stairs, lot's of people, and more that children can get hurt on.
