Our unique ability to host sales at our warehouse, on client property and assist with auctions, has made us one of the most diversified Estate Professionals in North Texas.

It is with great admiration for an amazing woman, I present her moving sale to you.

Lessie Perry and her husband Harold have been well known and loved members of the Denton Community for many, many years.

It is a new adventure Lessie finds herself on as she moves to Wyoming. Such a huge change to make for anyone, let alone a woman who has raised her children, built her home, continued her education at 60 to earn her PHD, achieved many awards and has helped so many children in Denton.

The short yet wonderful time I have spent with her, has allowed me to see the very loving and intelligent woman so many have known.  Lessie has left the sale of her estate to us and we are honored to help her.

Please join us as we share many Historic Denton items, antique books, antiques from her Uncle (Her Uncle Clyde was the Asst Attorney General under Jimmy Davis-Louisiana. The theme song for his election was "YOU ARE MY SUNSHINE").

Kitchen items have not been finished nor have we gotten to the items in the garage, so we have no listings for them yet.

It was with great pride when Lessie mentioned her 1997 Cadillac Deville. Lessie had gone back and gotten her PHD, worked  and bought the car on her own.
