This is a letter of appreciation enthusiastically written by us to Wayne Mayo to thank him and his associates of Katchall Estate Sales Maine for the outstanding moving sale they conducted at our property, Watchtide By The Sea, on June 8, 9 and 10.  The sale ran smoothly and efficiently from initial planning and set-up to the highly successful conclusion.  The dollar sales figures far exceeded our expectations and we were more than pleased to hear the many compliments on the sale from buyers who attended.  It was truly a testament to Wayne Mayo's professionalism and his many years of experience in the industry.  Our praise is lavish and we heartily recommend Wayne and his company for any and all moving, tag and estate sales.  We wish we had more items so that we could have another sale.  But Wayne's success with our first sale left us with nothing more to sell.
