Considering an Estate Sale??
How Do Our Estate Sales Work?
We offer to our a clients a free initial consultation to determine if we will be able to assist you with your estate sales needs. Our sales are one to three day events that can be heavily attended, so you must be willing to allow the customers onto your property during the hours we have set for open sale. We sell almost any personal items and furnishings including jewelry, tools, furniture, sterling silver, collectibles, antiques, books, toys, art and more. All items are priced to reflect the current market and to sell in a one to three day period. We advertise and market your estate sale throughout the sale.
Step 1: Contact us to schedule your free initial consultation. Please do not throw anything other than trash away before our first visit because you will be surprised what we are able to sell!
Step 2: We will present and review our contract with you and schedule a sale event that works with everyone's schedule.
Step 3: Estate Sale! All items are available for purchase during the sale. We do comprehensive research so that items are priced accurately and fairly and we stay on top of current market sale trends.
Step 4: End of Sale! You will receive a check for your portion of the sale proceeds in a timely manner. This usually takes 7-10 business days after the sale.
