My first meeting with Dave and Edna was over 2 months ago. I’d been referred by a family friend to meet and offer some suggestions to them. With the information the family friend has shared and my own observation, I knew this was a sale of necessity and faith.

Dave and Edna have lived in this lovely home for over 30 years. Their shared passion of raising their daughter who had moved to another state, left them not only with an empty nest, but now retired, lonely.

It is quite often we compensate for our emotions with food, drink, exercise, friends and buying. Dave and Edna loved to buy.

Their circumstances are moving them north to be with their daughter. They are moving to less than 800sq ft. Their home, garages and cabana here are over 4000 sq ft.
