We welcome all to our estate sale. We use a number system to allow those who waited the longest to come in first, and allow more to enter every few minutes depending on available space. On Saturday and Sunday parking may be limited and you may need to park on another block. Please do not block anyone in and be courteous of neighbors.
PAYMENT: We accept cash and credit cards (VISA/MC) over $50.
RESPONSIBILITY: We are not responsible for accidents or injuries during the course of the sale.
PRICING INFORMATION: We do not provide pricing information prior to the sale.
RETURNS:
All sales are final so we ask that you inspect your purchases carefully, as is, and no refunds.
DIRECTIONS:
From I-64 take Oakwood exit come up 119 S turn onto Hickory Rd and apartment complex is on your left.
SALE INFORMATION:
There will not be a sign up sheet. We will be letting people in based on their place in line at the time the sale opens.
ITEM PICKUP:
If you are buying large items please bring your own muscle and be ready to pick up your items by end of sale on Sunday. If necessary we will be able to make other reasonable arrangements.
