Retiree has sold primary home to move permanently into vacation home. Duplicate household furnishings are being liquidated. All items must be sold by October 11. In this sale there are some exceptionally high quality items in excellent condition. Many items start bidding at $1 with no reserve, meaning there is no minimum price to be met. There is only a 10% buyer's premium added to each purchase in this sale. Please only bid if you will follow through and buy.

Friday, October 12 (4-6pm) ... Saturday, October 13 (10am-noon) ... Sunday, October 14 (3-5pm).

Most items NO RESERVE --10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the winning bid amount.

A bid is an agreement to purchase the item(s). You are committed to purchasing and picking up your winning item(s). Please do not bid, if you do not plan to purchase. Bidding privileges may be suspended if you default on this agreement.

We have made every effort to describe each item as accurately as possible with any defects. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage and used items. We do not list every flaw. All items are sold AS IS. No refunds or returns. Caring Transitions does not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, electronic or mechanical device. Dimensions given may be approximate.

Payment

Please wait for your online invoice to be emailed to you prior to paying. Seller requires pre-payment through PayPal. Payment must clear PayPal before pick-up, so please process payment as soon as you receive your invoice. A 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase.

For reliable repeat buyers, seller may accept credit card payment with a 3% convenience fee, or cash, at pick-up. Discuss this arrangement while making your pick-up appointment.

Pick-up Instructions

Pick-up is available during the periods listed. When the auction ends, auction winners will receive an invoice with pick-up information from Caring Transitions. The invoice will provide the exact address. You will be asked to make an appointment for pick-up. Call Dawn at (618) 303-1040 to schedule a pick-up time.

All items must be picked up during our scheduled pick-up time. If you fail to pick up your items or make other arrangements with us (prior to pick-up day), you forfeit your right to the item(s) and no refund will be issued.
