This is an ONLINE Estate Sale conducted through a website. All sales Final. Paypal or credit card by phone payments must be concluded by noon on October 18, 2012 or item sells to the next highest bidder. Items can be previewed by request; just contact the seller. Items are to be picked up in Bristow, VA, zip code 20136. The address will be provided to buyers and winning bidders. Pickup is by appointment on Saturday, October 20 or Sunday, October 21 between 10 am and 4 pm. All items AS IS and Where Is. Removal of purchased items is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Failure to pick up item by 4:00 pm on the final pickup day results in abandonment of item and there will be no refunds. If you cannot pickup within designated hours then do not bid. Please inquire about shipping items if interested.
