    Preview:  You are welcome to attend the preview day on June 11th, from 12-6 pm in Stoughton, Wi. Because of necessary security, there will be no other preview time and absolutely no ability to purchase at that time. Purchases will only be available at the online auction site, estatesales.org.  You must message me that you would like to attend the preview, you will be sent the exact address at that time.

    Payment: All online purchases must be paid through a registered, valid credit card, NO exceptions. Please register your credit card with estatesales.org.

    Cash (avoid fees) or credit cards (3.3%) accepted for any additional purchases at auction pick up.

    10% buyers premium, 5% online premium.

    Once the auction closes you will be charged your winning bid amounts. If the charges do not go through you will forfeit your items the following day (Monday). You will be notified that the charges were not able to go through and asked to remit with a valid credit card by the end of the day, Monday.

    Pick Up:  There will be 3 assigned pick up times for auction winners ONLY. In person pick ups are highly recommended, there will be a significant amount of firearm related items (extensive amount of ammunition), antiques, vintage wares will be available for purchase.  

    Once the auction closes you will be assigned a pick up window of time:  Friday June 21 from 12-6, Saturday June 22 form 9-noon, or the same Saturday from noon-6.  You will be given the address once your payment has cleared.

    Please bring any necessary packing materials. You are required to legally secure your firearm in your vehicle. Due to liability, we will not be able to assist in packing or moving your purchased items. No ammunition will be sold to a firearm bid winner until your firearm is secured in your vehicle.

    All items must be picked up on June 22, by 4pm unless you have made other arrangements with me by messaging me through estatesales.org. All firearms must be picked up by the registered auction bid winner, I.D. required at pick up. 

    Shipping: Please message if you would like your item(s) shipped.  All shipping is through UPS to the address listed when the bidder registered to bid. If you purchase a firearm that you will need to have shipped, it will need to be shipped to a licensed dealer. You will need to make arrangements with them to receive the shipment. You will need to send a current copy of that dealer's Federal Firearms License (FFL) to us before we can ship your gun to the dealer. Please take the time to make arrangements to have that FFL sent as soon as possible.

    FFL's can be emailed to carolrybak427@gmail.com.

    Once your gun arrives at your area licensed gun dealer, they will handle any required paperwork and background checks with you before you take possession of the firearm.

    We assume no liability for lost, stolen or damaged items during the shipping process. All auction winners will need to purchase shipping insurance (please message me the amount you would like to insure), that will be added to your invoice.

    All items, once insurance amount and a copy of the FFL license has been received, will be shipped within 10 days of receiving necessary information.

Preview your Craigslist template

  1. Go to Craigslist and find your city.
  2. Under For Sale, click on the Garage Sale category.
  3. Click on the Post link in the upper right corner of the page.
  4. Choose the Garage Sale category and then select your area. Craigslist doesn't have an Estate Sale category and this is the closest match.
  5. Add the title of your sale and the location.
  6. Add your email address and keep it anonymous to prevent spam.
  7. Copy & Paste the html code below into the Posting Description text box.
  8. Click Continue to add photos and publish your sale. You will receive a confirmation email from Craigslist to verify the sale. Activate your sale by clicking the link in your email and your done!
  9. Craigslist allows you to re-post your ad every 48 hours. Re-post any sooner and your ad may be subject to removal.
